Kay Jones > Bad Nauheim is a famous spa resort with hot springs and mineral baths. People come from all over the world to this famous Bath for "cures" for respiratory illnesses, heart problems, and skin diseases. Bad Nauheim is also famous because this is the town where Elvis Presley lived during his service in the US Army when he was stationed at Ray Barracks in nearby Friedberg.
Kay Jones > Friday, August 19, 2005, we took the 104-mile mailboat ride up the Rogue River in Oregon. Out of the smog bank and into the sun, we enjoyed the splashes of the water and the wildlife along the way. These signs mark the flood levels in 1971 and 1997.

Too much snow melted too fast followed by spring rains.
